At Our Store (ourstore.tech), we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at (tsirang@ourstore.tech) - After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as outlined below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Certain items such as customized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at your support email/ (tsirang@ourstore.tech)with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the address provided. Please ensure it is securely packaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund after verifying the claim.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item).
5. Exceptions
- Customized, made-to-order, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
